Christian counseling
Dr. Carr is a Board Certified Christian Counselor BCCC; IBCC #0041 (2007;) AACC (1997)
Issues covered include marriage, child and family, self esteem, issues stemming from sexual abuse, domestic violence, relationships, anxiety and depression.
If it is determined that a client needs a level of care that is out of Dr. Carr's scope of practice, they will be referred to a licensed psychotherapist, psychiatrist, or emergency services if necessary.
PLEASE NOTE:
Other than counseling services, clients MUST BE REFERRED BY A SOCIAL SERVICE WORKER/ PROVIDER, CASE MANAGER, MEDICAL PROVIDER OR CHURCH REPRESENTATIVE (Please submit form on this Website, or via telephone with contact info. of referring provider and client (with D.O.B.)
